Our office is qualified to notarize or commission legal documents.
A Notary Public is a person authorized to “notarize” copies of documents so that they have the same force and effect as the original. In Ontario, only a lawyer can be a Notary Public.
A Commissioner is a person authorized by virtue of office or appointed by the Attorney General of Ontario to administer oaths and solemn declarations. At our office we have several individuals who can commission documents.
